A Book Launch Party & Creative Afternoon

This isn't your typical book signing! We're celebrating the launch of my very first book, Good Vibes Art Club: Learn to Draw, with the first official meeting of the Good Vibes Art Club, and you're invited!

When: Saturday, December 5th at 2:00 PM (until 4:30pm)
Where: Walsh Family Wine (Garden Room)

This is a casual, create-at-your-own-pace kind of party! Wander between the art stations, make something fun, and enjoy the afternoon. No formal lessons, no pressure, and absolutely no experience necessary!

Your ticket includes:

  • Three self-guided make-and-take art stations: Draw festive gift tags tied up with ribbon, create colorful patterned bookmarks with tassels, and illustrate a whimsical holiday wreath card/art to frame. All supplies and guided drawing instructions are provided!

FAQ

  • Do I have to use the same colors as in the example?: Not at all! I'll have a whole rainbow's worth of paint colors for you to choose from so you can customize to your heart's content.
  • What happens if I don't finish in time?: I've got small paint containers available for you to fill and take home if you don't finish your project in time. I can't send you home with my classroom brushes, but I've got tips on very inexpensive brushes to look for at the craft store!
  • Is this workshop suitable for kids?: It's not not suitable for kids, but the atmosphere and project is definitely targeted toward adults so young children may not enjoy it as much. Teenagers are welcome if they don't mind hanging out with grownups!
